Speed trip across Spain's peninsula right from our Barcelona showroom.


While Catalonia represents only 5% of the Spanish production, it has been a land of olive trees since centuries.

I'll guide you through the whole production process (from farm to table) and up to the tasting exercise, to help you better understand, choose and enjoy extra virgin olive oil.


More than just a tasting, it is an immersion into the landscape and traditions of the island.

Most of us know olive oil as an ingredient. At best, a flavoured condiment.
However, like wine, extra virgin olive oil is the expression of its very own "terroir": variety, soil, climate, cultivation mode, harvest time and even extraction process at the olive mill to name a few.
Throughout the activity, you will learn how to recognise aromas and understand quality. I'll then help you identify the characteristics of each sensory profile, which ultimately is what makes each extra virgin olive oil so unique.


For this reason we'll taste extra virgin olive oils from Greece, Italy & Spain, very different from one another.
