Produced in limited quantities from olives harvested from meticulously selected farms, at the early stage of the olive's maturity. It thus preserves all the unique properties of extra virgin olive oil, its intense aromas and flavors.
The extraction of extra virgin olive oil is carried out using mechanical processes at low temperatures, which allows for a power and aromatic complexity that make this oil truly unique. It is then continuously filtered immediately after production, thus ensuring the preservation of all its properties and extending its shelf life to the maximum.
Olivo Real Picual Family Reserve
From Picual variety, native to the province of Jaén (Andalusia), this early harvest in limited edition is obtained from olive trees rigorously chosen only between mid and late October.
A captivating bright green, this extra virgin olive oil exhibits harmony and complexity on both the nose and palate.
On the nose, it reveals an intense green fruitiness with vegetal and herbaceous notes, highlighting aromas of olive leaf, fresh grass, tomato plant, banana peel and artichoke stem, among others.
In the mouth, it stands out for its great power of flavors, with sensory nuances identical to those perceived in the nose. It has a moderate but pleasant bitterness and spiciness, accompanied by a slight astringency reminiscent of artichoke leaf.
