Coming from traditional olive groves of the Mycenae region in the Peloponnese, this extra virgin olive oil comes from two varieties: Manaki from Argos (native to the area) and Koroneiki (the most widespread in Greece).

The olives are hand-picked and brought to the mill the same day to extract the extra virgin olive oil.

The blend of these two varieties gives us a very fresh green fruitiness on the nose, followed by a very slight bitterness, and finishing on a slightly spicy touch, which makes it ideal to accompany your salads, fish or even steamed vegetables.

  • This blend (Manaki d'Argos and Koroneiki) offers a very fresh and green olfactory phase, then continues with a sweet, fruity and slightly bitter entry in the mouth, with notes of artichoke and tomato. The sensory experience ends with a slight spiciness, very playfull when added to dishes.
