Aceite de oliva virgen extra de perfil equilibrado, presentando abundante presencia de frutos de aceituna madura, perceptible tanto en nariz como en boca. Además de los diversos aromas vegetales secundarios, también aparecen matices de fruta madura, así como almendra, tomate o alcachofa.
