"Old-fashioned" extra virgin olive oil, or transferred from a canister into a glass bottle and placed in the kitchen is "good", but be careful...


Once bottled, any extra virgin olive oil will face its 3 main enemies, namely light, air and heat.


Think...

- to keep your container closed

- not to keep it in direct contact with the sun and

- keep it away from any heat source


These simple steps will help you keep your extra virgin olive oil in good condition for longer. Especially when it is not filtered!
