Bellissima is an extra virgin olive oil made from the Peranzana variety (native to the region) and the Bella di Cerignola variety.

Bella di Cerignola is a variety traditionally used to produce table olives. On the other hand, it is a so-called "late" variety, that is, it matures more slowly, and therefore is harvested (depending on the climate) from the second half of October.
