Thank you for visiting us once again at @gastronomicfbcn 🙌

Three vibrant days filled with discoveries, flavors, and conversations that reminded us why extra virgin olive oil remains at the very heart of Mediterranean culture.

👨‍🍳 The talented @dalmaumontes from @restaurantsumac (Roses) delighted us with true culinary artistry, crafting dishes with our caper leaves, sea fennel, and Kalamata olives. Each creation was paired with a different EVOO, showing how a fine olive oil can transform and elevate a dish, turning it into an unforgettable experience.

🏆 We were also honored to receive an Innoforum Award for our caper leaves — a distinctive, natural ingredient that perfectly embodies Ad Olivetum’s Mediterranean and artisanal philosophy.

🕊️ And of course, we embarked together on a brief yet inspiring sensory journey across the Mediterranean, tasting more than ten extra virgin olive oils from Catalonia, Jaén, Greece, and Italy.

An experience that reminded us of the incredible diversity of aromas, textures, and landscapes contained within a single drop of oil.

None of this would have been possible without the commitment and professionalism of my team — Tessa Piñas and Elisu Sarabia — whose passion and dedication bring every project to life.

We leave with hearts full of gratitude and enthusiasm, already looking forward to the next gastronomic encounter.
