SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS:

The products of the AD OLIVETUM brand are owned by the company AD OLIVETUM, headquartered at 71 Carrer de Guitard, 08014 Barcelona, registered under RGSEAA 40.089261/J and VAT number ESY4194552X (hereinafter referred to as "Ad Olivetum").
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply exclusively to all sales of products or services provided by Ad Olivetum to any individual or legal entity purchasing for personal use or within the framework of their professional or commercial activity (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
Any other conditions will only be binding for Ad Olivetum if confirmed in writing.
Any document other than these GTC, including catalogs, advertisements, price lists, or handwritten notes, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract. These documents may be modified by Ad Olivetum without prior notice.
By placing an order, the Client acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 
ARTICLE 2 – PRICES:

The prices of our products are displayed on the website in euros (including VAT), excluding processing and shipping costs.
Ad Olivetum reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
Products remain the property of Ad Olivetum until full payment has been received.

 
ARTICLE 3 – PROCESSING AND SHIPPING COSTS:

Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process.
Deliveries within France are carried out by courier.
There is no minimum order amount, but the following shipping fees apply:

  • €15 for mainland France (excluding Corsica)

  • €30 for Corsica
    Orders exceeding €60 qualify for free shipping within mainland France (excluding Corsica).

 
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER PLACEMENT:

Orders can be placed through our website www.adolivetum.com.
Contractual information is provided in French and will be confirmed at the latest upon order validation.

 
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER VALIDATION:
Client Validation:

By placing an order, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Order validation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
For orders placed directly on our website or by phone (if an email address is provided), the Client will receive an order confirmation email.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Ad Olivetum serves as proof of all transactions between Ad Olivetum and its Clients.

Ad Olivetum Validation:

Upon receipt of an order, Ad Olivetum will verify the consistency of the provided data.
As part of its fraud prevention policy, Ad Olivetum reserves the right to conduct necessary investigations before validating an order. This may include requesting proof of address or banking details.
If such a procedure is initiated, the order validation will be put on hold. If the order is not validated within 14 days, it will be canceled, and any payments made will be refunded. This period may be extended if documentation exchanges are ongoing between the Client and Ad Olivetum.

 
ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

Our product offers are valid as long as they are displayed on the website, subject to stock availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed (due to stock error or product damage), the Client will be notified by email or phone. The missing product(s) will be refunded via credit card or bank transfer within 14 working days from the Client's decision.

 
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY:

Products are delivered to the address provided during the order process.
Deliveries are handled by a carrier chosen by Ad Olivetum.

 
ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY TIMES:

The indicated delivery times apply under normal service conditions and for shipments made via our standard carriers.
If a specific shipping solution is required due to the package's weight, the estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of order placement. If the Client is unsatisfied with the proposed timeframe, they may cancel the order.
In case of a courier strike, social disturbances, or weather-related incidents, delivery times may be extended.

 
ARTICLE 9 – DELIVERY DEADLINES:

The delivery times stated in Article 8 are the usual expected timeframes.
We commit to delivering orders within France within a maximum of 15 days after receiving payment.

 
ARTICLE 10 – PAYMENT:

Purchases must be paid for in full on our website using:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue)

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal
    Payments are securely processed through our website's payment provider.
    Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.

Discount Codes:
  • Can only be applied to product value, not shipping costs.

  • Cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Are not retroactive and cannot be applied once an order has been placed.

  • Are valid while stock lasts.

Gift Cards:
  • Non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be split into multiple uses.

  • Valid for 12 months.

  • Cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

  • Must be entered in the "Gift Card" field at checkout.

 
ARTICLE 11 – CLAIMS AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE:
Delayed Deliveries:

If the order is not delivered within the specified timeframe, the Client may request contract termination and receive a full refund, including shipping fees.
Ad Olivetum will notify the Client of any delays and process the refund promptly if necessary.

Returned Packages:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, the Client will be notified.

  • A re-shipment can be arranged for an additional €15 shipping fee.

  • If the Client prefers to cancel the order, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs.

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

If a package is lost during transit, Ad Olivetum will re-ship the order at no additional cost.

Defective or Damaged Products:
  • The Client must send photos and a detailed description of the issue to contact@adolivetum.com.

  • Ad Olivetum will review the request and, if approved, either refund or replace the defective or damaged product(s) at no additional cost.

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 working days of receiving the order.

Order Errors:
  • If the order contains incorrect items, the Client must notify contact@adolivetum.com.

  • If the claim is approved, Ad Olivetum will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct items.

 
ARTICLE 12 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
  • Clients have 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without penalties.

  • A full refund (excluding return shipping costs) will be issued, provided the product is returned in perfect condition.

  • Products must be unused beyond basic inspection.

  • If returned without original packaging, a depreciation fee may apply.

  • Clients must contact Ad Olivetum before returning any items at contact@adolivetum.com or +34 663 460 434.

  • Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

 
ARTICLE 13 – REFUNDS:

Refunds for valid claims under Article 10 will be processed within 14 days of the withdrawal request.

 
ARTICLE 14 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

This contract is governed by Spanish law.
The official contract language is French.
In case of a dispute, the Spanish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 
ARTICLE 15 – RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP:

All elements of www.adolivetum.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ad Olivetum.
No part of the website (software, visuals, or content) may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.
